The company Head Office in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire, is also the location of their Central Operations – a large stockholding warehouse with processing ops where raw materials are cut to specific customer requirements.

Assess & Implement Process
Results
Over the initial six month period, unauthorised self-certification absence reduced by 35%
During this six month period, members of our team identified serious conditions in four employees that would otherwise have had a detrimental impact on their long term health and wellbeing.
Not only were these conditions identified, the employees were immediately fast tracked to the correct specialist for further investigation. All four employees are undergoing treatment and their health continues to improve and are now fit to work under our continued care.
