Introducing a unique corporate wellbeing service

With most people now spending a third of their lives at work, wellbeing programs are gaining importance as a factor in determining the relationship between Employers and Employees.  Poor Employee health in the workplace will undoubtedly affect business performance and morale.  Our objective is to empower your staff to have a better knowledge about their health and reach their full potential.  With one of our bespoke Wellbeing Programs, we will enhance your reputation as  a desirable place to work.

Absenteeism

It is estimated that 141.4 million working days are lost each year in the UK due to absenteeism, which equates to 4.4 days per worker.  High levels of absenteeism in the work place are usually seen as an indicator of poor wellbeing.

Poor workplace wellbeing results in 12 million days of reduced productivity, costing 3 times more than absenteeism whilst causing accidents, mistakes and poor performance.  Employees may have to take more time off than they would originally needed.

1 in 4 employees are affected by mental health problems (stress, depression, anxiety).  Poor mental health costs UK bosses more than £43 billion in 2018 - that is an increase of 16% since the last £37 billion in 2016.

Currently 10 million workers in the UK are over 50, equating to 32% of the current workforce with these numbers expected to rise.   We are also seeing a rapid growth in employees continuing in employment past the retirement age of 66, with numbers doubling in the past 30 years from 4.9% to 10.2%.

Implementing a wellbeing program demonstrates a long-term commitment, showing you are a company who invests in its Employees
